- The United States Government intends to award a Succeeding lease using Other than Full and Open Competition for a new lease for the Department of Homeland Security-Transportation Security Administration. The new location is anticipated at the Lewistown Municipal Airport located in Lewistown, MT. The Government requires 110 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 110 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 00 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on the airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alteration must be included as part of the rental consideration.
