- This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. **The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an acquisition for the Carpet Contract. The primary function of the Carpet Contract is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, administration and services necessary to remove, dispose of, purchase and install floor coverings and accessories as specified in each delivery order. The work occurs in various facilities and commercial applications, on Mountain Home Air Force Base in indefinite quantities. All work to be performed will be in accordance with recommended manufacturer's commercial specifications. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code as 442210- Floor Covering Stores. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Point of contact including phone number, physical and e-mail address 3. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm. 4. CAGE Code for your firm. 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal.
