- IQC09068009038, NSN 5342-01-288-5135, DOOR ACCESS, WEAPON SYSTEM. THIS ITEM IS USED ON A CARGO TRAILER. Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0407; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 63 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 63 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 252 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 252 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 504 each for the base and option years. The approved sources for this requirement are WHEELER BROTHERS, CAGE CODE 55683, P/N 334-SW26911 & DRS SUSTAINMENT SYSTEMS, CAGE CODE 98255, P/N SW26911. A COMMERCIAL ITEM APPLIES TO THIS PROCUREMENT. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED I/A/W COMMERCIAL PROCEDURES FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 104 days ARO. This procurement consist of a surge and sustainment requirement with a MWR quantity of 8. The anticipated issue date is April 20, 2009 & closing date of May 20, 2009. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
