- Microsoft Surface Tables This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91QV1-09-T-0049 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to procure Microsoft Surface Tables and installation services to be delivered to DAU, 5810 20th St.BLDG. 231, Fort Belvoir VA 22060, FOB: Destination, within 5 business days after receipt of the award. This procurement is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation is a total Small Business Set-aside under NAICS: 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. All interested sources must respond in writing to RFQ: W91QV1-09-T-0049 with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide a timely and effective product and services no later than Thursday, April 9, 2009, 10:00am EST. Scope of Contract: The contractor shall provide the following: 0001. surface sw license & 5 sdk software developer kit, SKU JUH-00019 0002. Single SW license 30 inch table unit w/multiuser touch sensitivity, SKU JUI-00018 0003. Surface Care Installation Service 0004. Shipping and Handling for Items 1-2 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: Federal Acquisitions Regulations 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items; the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of the provision are as follows: Lowest Price. The contract award will be offered to the best value offer made to the Government. 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive orders Commercial Items #6, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 & 36 CCR Registration: a prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award.
