- Contains Contract CLINS The attached file contains a SOW and Contract structured CLINS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Quotes (RFQs) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This is a commercial solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. Solicitation SP4705-09-T-0008 is issued as a Request for Quotes on 02 April 2009. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32 and the effective date is 31 March 2009. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price. RFQ SP4705-09-T-0008 incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Acquisition of Commercial Items (FAC) 2005-32, effective March 31, 2009. FAR clause descriptions are available via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 713940, size standard is $7Million. The award will be in accordance with FAR 6.1. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This solicitation is for the following services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW): Vendor shall provide athletic training venue or facility support services for organizational members within a three block radius of ESGR Head Quarters. This requirment is stipulated due to the exhorbinant parking challenges and travel within the local area during the working hours of the organization. The following CLINS are applicable: 1. GYM PASSES - ESGR pays for 04 and above and Civilians in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Base year Period. 2. GYM PASSES - ESGR pays for 03 and below per month in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Base Year Period. 3. GYM PASSES - ESGR pays for 04 and above and Civilians in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for the 1st Option Year Period. 4. GYM PASSES - ESGR pays for 03 and below per month in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for the 1st Option Year Period. 5. GYM PASSES - ESGR pays for 04 and above and Civilians in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for the 2nd Option Year Period. 6. GYM PASSES - ESGR pays for 03 and below per month in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for the 2nd Option Year Period. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to issue RFQ SP4705-09-T-0008 in support of the National Committee Employer Support of Guard and Reserve (NCESGR), 1555 Wilson Blvd Suite 319, Arlington, VA 22209 for the procurement of athletic facility support services. The anticipated period of performance will be from July 1, 2009 through Jun 30, 2010 for the base year with two (2) option year periods. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
