- This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source bridge contract to the incumbent janitorial contractor - Jani-trol, 7866 Calle Carrisa Street, Highland, CA 92346-6327, a Woman Owned Business, SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business and SBA Certified 8A Program Participant. The contractor shall provide janitorial services in accordance with the existing scope of work for El Cajon Station and certain El Cajon facilities. This award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. The anticipated NAICS Code is for this requirement is 561720, with $0-$5M size standard. The period of performance is 4 months (April 1, 2009 through July 30, 2009). The NAICS Code is 561720 ($0-$5M) applies. The described janitorial services will continue as currently contracted with Jani-trol, to ensure continuity of services until such time that these services are procured competitively. Companies are encouraged to monitor FedBiZopps and FedBid announcements for any future requirements pertaining to janitorial services.This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS; No formal solicitation package is available.
