- Description
- The 934th Airlift Wing will be soliciting for Project #QJKL 05-0040, Repair Medical Training Facility. Work to be performed within NAICS code: 236220 size standard $33.5M. Work to include (but is not limited to) remodeling 100% of the building, demolition of many walls, new and rerouted plumbing and electrical, newly constructed rooms, new flooring, ceilings, and wall coverings. Work is to be performed in phases to keep medical operations functioning during construction, to include relocating equipment and personnel in separate government furnished facilities, and disposing of all existing furniture. Location of work will be in Building 840 at Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis MN. Performance period is 365 days. This acquisition is being solicited as a total Small-Business Set Aside. Magnitude of acquisition is between $1M and $5M.The solicitation will be available via electronic means only, on or about 15 April 2009. The entire solicitation will be posted at this website https://www.fbo.gov or a CD-Rom containing the entire solicitation will be available by written request to the Contract Specialist identified herein. Telephone requests will not be honored. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database to be eligible to receive award http://www.ccr.gov and have completed the On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Invoicing through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be mandatory.
