- The WNY VAMC s have a requirement for fire extinguisher contract work associated with Life Safety Program of the VAWNYHS that requires a contractor will provide supervision and labor as necessary for monthly (every 30 days +/- 2 days) certified on-site inspections and annual testing/maintenance and servicing of all fire extinguishers at Buffalo (380) and Batavia (150) Medical Centers using the Tiscor Bar Code System and software.
