- This project includes all work associated to Replace Roofing and Cone/Counterpoise/Ceiling painting at the VORs at Butler (BUM), Missouri and Kirksville (IRK), Missouri. The work includes but is not limited to the following replacement of EPDM roofing and painting antenna cones, painting overhand and replacement of interior ceiling panels. Time: 20 Calendar Days Estimated Cost: Between $100,000 - $200,000 NACI: 238160 Size Standards: $14.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
