- 2009 JSOH Tent Table Chairs Solicitation Attached is the solicitation for Recreation Equipment Rental, as mention in the Pre-solicitation notice posted on 27 March 2009, which stated: The 316th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the rental of recreational equipment (tents, tables and chairs) to support the 2009 Joint Service Open House (JSOH) from 15 May 2009 through 17 May 2009. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 532292, size standard of $7.0 million, and the acquisition will be competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The basis for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures established in FAR 13.106-2. The solicitation will be issued electronically within ten (10) days of this notice and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at http://www.fbo.gov. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible for award. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by completing the solicitation posted against this pre-solicitation notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
