- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. MP01436 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. The NAICAS code is 541511. The small business size standard is $25M in average annual receipts. This acquisition is sole source to 3E Company. This procurement is for a firm fixed price contract. All questions must be in writing and received by the DITCO Contracting Office not later than 1:00 PM, CT, 7 Apr 09. No telephonic request will be entertained. All responses to questions will be posted by way of an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation to the FEDBIZOPS. The email address for submission of all questions is linda.gates@disa.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. Applicable clauses and provisions may be obtained in full text form at http://farsite.hill.af.mil Scope of Contract: This is a sole source requirement to the 3E Company to provide Ariel Research support services for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The Ariel Research support services are to update the Navy ERP's regulatory database with current data and will provide guidance in developing and documenting any required configuration changes. Place of performance is at Annapolis Md and Patuxent River Md.
