- PR IQC09086009014, ISSUE DATE 21 APR 09/ CLOSE DATE 22 MAY 09 This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 1615-01-092-1988, Damper Tube Assembly. The solicitation contains a base and four option years. Maximum contract term is 5 years. A flexible option is included. Item Description is in accordance with Sikorsky CAGE 78286 Drawing S6137-64329 Rev R dated 2-14-00 and AMCOM CAGE 81996 Procurement Package S6137-64329 Rev E dated 12-18-00 P/N S6137-64329-002. Approved sources of supply are: B&R Machine CAGE 66936 and Tek Precision, CAGE 65780. Solicitation is other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The item is configuration control. Intended sources are B&R Machine and Tek Precision. Item is critical application. Contractor First Article Testing is required. Solicitation is issued unrestricted Estimated Annual Demand is 1104 each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 2208 each. Delivery order quantities are: minimum 276 each, maximum 1104 each. Surge is required. MWR = 13 each The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Delivery 243 DARO with FAT, 108 DARO without FAT. A technical Data Package is not available at DSCR. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
