- RFP Release Update: The Government anticipates that the RFP will be released before the end of April 2009. Instructions on how to obtain copies of the RFP will be made available by viewing the solicitation in FBO at the time of the release. An amendment will be posted to this Pre-solicitation Notice to indicate that the RFP has been posted. Please note: As stated in the original Pre-solicitation Notice 0409PS21199, all questions MUST be in writing and may be emailed to Lydia.Nunez@aqd.nbc.gov. The Government intends to post responses to questions in FBO. Please continue to watch FBO for Q&A in response to 0409PS21199.
