- 31 MAR 2009 UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Please note that the location of the Industry Day has changed. The Industry Day sessions are now held at the following location: B-1 ELLSWORTH CONFERENCE ROOM, BLDG 3001, TINKER AFB, OK. All participants will meet at the main entrance lobby of Bldg 3001 (flagpole). From there you will be escorted to the Industry Day conference room. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE The USAF requests that all presentations include the NAVAIDs Family of Systems concept as specified in the original attachments, as well as a breakout option of just the Mobile TACAN in the event the USAF chooses this as an alternate solution. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE The USAF requests no cost ROM estimates for each of the above concepts briefed. This is strictly for research and potential budgetary purposes and is not to be construed as an official request for proposal or offer to do business. For ROM purposes, quantities of each system are as follows: 20 Mobile TACANs 93 Fixed TACANs 7 Fixed VORs 27 Fixed VORTACs All ROM estimates will be handled in confidence and will not be divulged to parties outside the USAF. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Flash or Thumb drives are not allowed on DoD computer systems. Please ensure your briefing is accessible on a virus free CD-ROM for presentation purposes.
