- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Government intends to procure two Multibeam Imaging Sonars with the mounting accessories for the Common Fused Integrated Sensor Testbed (C-FIST). The procurement also provides for on-site travel and training for 2-3 days. See Attachment (1) for the specifications. The NAICS Code is 3344511 with a size standard of 750 employees. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. The order will be a Firm-Fixed-Price. The closing date is 8 April 2009. The anticipated award date is 13 April 2009.
