SOLICITATION: AG-3144-S-09-0001 Information regarding requirement, questions/answers and submission requirements are contained in the attachments. Questions must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or other mail means by the date in the attached solicitation. Questions will not be answered over the phone. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with FAR 5.203(a), this presolicitation notice is issued as notice of the proposed contract action. A summary of the requirement is as follows: The Government is seeking to consolidate Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines located in various locations across the U.S. to be managed by a single Enterprise Wholesaler Local Exchange Carrier (EWLEC). ITSCT intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a base (trial) period, and options for up to four additional years. A solicitation is expected to be published within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice. The closing date of the solicitation will be approximately 30 days after publication of the solicitation.
