Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance. Solicitation ISSUE DATE is 04/16/09. Solicitation closes on 05/18/09. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 898. The GM for the Base year is 50 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 1500.
