- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office intends to negotiate a sole-source fixed-price requirements contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) with the Loma Linda University Medical Center to provide laboratory testing for VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. Loma Linda University Medical Center will provide laboratory testing for three (3) critical tests that need reported results immediately. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12 - "Acquisition of Commercial Items", and; FAR Part 6.302-1 - "Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The solicitation will be available o/a 04/06/09 with quotes due 04/27/09. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
