- The U.S. Army, CECOM Contracting Center, Army Contracting Command, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award a five-year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Windscreen P/O AN/VIC-3(V), NSN: 5965-01-411-1856, Drawing number A3206345 Rev. C. This Windscreen will be used for H-374/VRC Product Improved Combat Vehicular Crewman (PI CVC) Headset. The guaranteed minimum order quantity under the resulting contract will be 100 packages at 25 Windscreens per package. The maximum order quantity that may be ordered under the resulting contract will be 30,000 packages, at 25 Windscreens per package. Sealed Bidding procedures will be utilized in accordance with FAR Part 14. Award will be made to the lowest price, responsive, responsible bidder. Invitation for Bids will be issued on or about 16 April 2009. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services, or for the Government to pay for the information received. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Upon accessing this web page, click on CECOM-2009 and then hit go. You will need to register with the IBOP in order to view solicitations. Drawings and/or links to drawings will be provided on the website.
