- SYNOPSIS: The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a requirement to provide primary and preventive medical care services for eligible veterans through a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. The contractor shall provide the services of a CBOC at the contractors locations that must be physically located in Pottsville, PA and Frackville, PA. The medical services will be provided to approximately 2,700 eligible veterans. A CBOC must have the necessary professional medical staff, diagnostic testing and treatment capability, and referral arrangements needed to ensure continuity of health care. Primary Care includes longitudinal outpatient medical care for the purposes of prevention and detection of disease and subsequent management of medical conditions in eligible veterans. The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract award, with four (4) one-year renewal options, if exercised. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621498 and the small business size standard is $10.0 million.
