- The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor to include management, supervision, inspection, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles required to accomplish all janitorial, restroom supply, and lawn care services to maintain the Russellville Project Office, adjacent grounds, and the Marine Terminal. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the restroom supply and janitorial and lawn care services within the area of responsibility as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General and Technical Provisions, Maps, Drawings, Attachments, Appendices, Exhibits, etc., contained in the specifications. F.O.B. Destination, Russellville Arkansas 72802 to be issued on or after 16 April 2009 with closing on or after 16 May 2009. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside - NAICS CODE 561720/16.5M. Any contract awarded as a result of Solicitation W9127S 09-T-0098 will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
