- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego (FISCSD) Seal Beach Division intends to negotiate and award a contract to DME Corporation, Orlando, FL for the acquisition of a study for continued support to determine the appropriate size of a common streamline Electro-Optical Automatic Test System to include hardware, proprietary software, data and documentation relative to Virtual Instrument Portable Equipment Repair VIPER/T Electro-Optic Variant. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Interested source may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government in future requirements. Response to this notice is not required.
