- The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Technosoft Inc., 11180 Reed Hartman Hwy, Cincinnati OH 45242-1829. The NAICS code is 541511. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001: Qty (3) Runtime AML Base System Development Node-Locked (Mod 1); CLIN 0002: Qty (3) AML Advanced Geometry (Mod 2.1-2.6); CLIN 0003: Qty (3) AML IGES I/O Module (Mod 3); CLIN 0004: Qty (3) AML Advanced Analysis Modeler (Mod 7); CLIN 0005: Qty (3) AM Sketcher Module (Mod 29); CLIN 0006: Qty (3) AMRaven Module (Mod 30) CLIN 0007: Qty (3) AML Base System Development Node-locked Yearly Maintenance and Support (Mod 1); CLIN 0008: Qty (3) AML Advanced Geometry Yearly Maintenance and Support (Mod 2.1-2.6); CLIN 0009: Qty (3) AML IGES I/O Module Yearly Maintenance and Support (Mod 3); CLIN 0010: Qty (3) AML Advanced Analysis Modeler Yearly Maintenance and Support (Mod 7); CLIN 0011: Qty (3) AM Sketcher Module Yearly Maintenance and Support (Mod 29); CLIN 0012: Qty (3) AM Raven Module Yearly Maintenance and Support (Mod 30) Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Anticipated Award Date is 03 Apr 2009. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 1:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, 03 Apr 2009. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 7 days of the publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Facsimile responses are acceptable and must be received on or before the closing date. Telephone requests to be placed on a mailing list will not be honored.
