- Request for Proposal (RFP) number H92222-09-R-0003 for the Trans Regional Web Initiative (TRWI) requirement is attached. All correspondence relating to this RFP shall be submitted electronically to contracting@socom.mil This requirement is being solicited under NAICS 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.0 Million. This RFP is being issued under full and open competition procedures. QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RFP SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM EDST ON 16 MARCH 2009. PROPOSALS IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFP ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM ESDT ON 6 APRIL 2009. Amendment 0001 containing answers to questions received will be posted by COB 3 April 2009. THE DUE DATE FOR THE PROPOSALS WILL BE EXTENDED. PROPOSALS IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFP ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM EDST ON 20 APRIL 2009.
