- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakhehurst, NJ is looking to procure 12 each of a Pan/Tilt, P/N 627891-1 which is explosion proof/weatherproof. This unit allows the operator to remotely reposition the video camera, mounted on the unit, from an Operator Control Unit. The Pan/Tilt been engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of explosion proof and dust-ignition-proof electrical equipment installed in Class I (Group C and D) and Class II, (Group E, F, and G) hazardous locations. Easily capable of handling loads up to 100 pounds, it is ideally suited for use with explosion proof enclosure for potentially hazardous or combustible applications. The Pan/Tilt features rugged, high torque AC motors and adjustable worm-gear final drives to ensure long operational life, as well as drift free operation. Manufactured from anodized, plate aluminum with all internal and external parts corrosion-protected steel or aluminum. The fasteners are stainless steel fasteners. Pan and tilt limit stops are internally adjustable. NAWC P/N 627891-1 Pan/Tilt Features Meets NEMA Type 4X Standards and 120 or 230 VAC Operation Rugged Construction. This is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Unit price will include shipping charges. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) Database. The internet website is http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccringq or www.ccr.gov. It is mandatory to register with the CCR as your Duns Number(Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF); information available in FAR Clause 5252.232-9513.
