- The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of Liquid Nitrogen 16,763 TNS; Liquid Oxygen 4,399 TNS; Liquid Argon 5,377,650 LBS. The contract(s) ordering period will be from 1 Sept 2009 – 30 Sep 2013. The product will be delivered FOB Destination into government-owned equipment and contractor provided tanks. The total estimated contract quantities per year are as follows: Baltimore, MD LN2 Type II Grade B 620 TNS Arnold AFB, TN LOX Type II Grade A 2, 450 TNS Richland, WA LN2 Type II Grade C 15,040 TNS Kansas City, MO LAr Type II Grade B 2,480,000 LBS ANAD, AL LN2, ANSI/AWS A5.32/A5.32M-97 672 TNS ANAD, AL LN2, ANSI/AWS A5.32/A5.32M-97 1,008 TNS ANAD, AL LAr Grade LW 672,000 LBS Robins AFB, GA LAr Type II Grade B 448,000 LBS Richland, WA LAr Type II Grade B 1,080,000 LBS White Sands, NM LAr Type II Grade A 480,000 LBS Portsmouth, VA LN2 Type II Grade B 127,500 GAL Portsmouth, VA LOX Type II Grade B 941 TNS The resultant contract(s) will be three-year eleven month, four-year and four-year one month, firm fixed-price requirements-type contract(s). Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Interested offerors may propose a stand alone price for each customer location but must offer on all CLINs pertaining to that specific customer location. Multiple awards are anticipated. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 30 March 2009 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
