- This is the Statement of Work for Electronic News Clip Services. Sources Sought. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking small businesses that have expertise in the area of electronic news retrieval services. These small businesses shall have experience in creating and providing daily news briefings/summaries via a secured link on the customer’s internal website along with the other requirements listed in the attached Statement of Work. The NAICS code is 519110 – News Syndicates. The size standard is $7 million in average gross revenue of the concern taken for the last three fiscal years. Small businesses shall submit information that identifies their name, address, DUNS, primary point of contact, organizational background, and a description of their expertise in the requirements of the attached Statement of Work. Responses are due by 3:00pm on April 6, 2009. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail and must include all information cited herein. Submissions shall be e-mailed to: James Leedom @ James.Leedom@nrc.gov. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
