- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure annual support and maintenance of Vantage licensed items on a sole source basis from Compuware Corporation as no other source is known to exist. The period of performance will be April 1, 2009 – March 31, 2010. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. See Numbered Note 22 (changing 45 days to 5 days).
