- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Fish and Wildlife Service is implementing a multi-year effort to provide participation on and objective evaluation of the Oregon Inlet Terminal Groin Monitoring Team and to track the effects of approximately 700,000 yards of dredged material being deposited on or in near-shore areas of the Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) beach. The purpose of this procurement is for the contractor to provide maintenance of a database to synthesize/analyze project data, coordinate data analysis, conduct sand sample analysis, and provide project technical reports including sufficient and qualified personnel, facilities, travel costs, and other necessary expenses required to successfully complete contractual obligations.
