Description
1046 bid schedule 1046 Justification This acquisition is issued UNRESTRICTED. This acquisition is as an open market transaction using FAR Parts 12 and 13. Therefore, any quotation based upon a multiple-award schedule, government wide acquisition contract (GWAC) or a GSA/FSS schedule contract will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. Furthermore, any quotation received that is based upon a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will also be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. The Defense Logistics Agency, Contracting Services Office-Battle Creek has a requirement for Forensic software licenses, software maintenance and support of the licenses and incidental training services to support the licenses as shown on the attached EXCEL spreadsheet. A.pdf copy of the required brand-name justification is included with this announcement. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B points are at Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Required delivery date for the licenses (CLIN 0001) is 30 days after receipt of a signed order. The period of performance for software maintenance and support (CLIN 0002) starts on the date of contract award. All training under CLIN 0003 must be completed no later than 45 days after contract award. One award will be made. Evaluation criteria for award is lowest priced, technically acceptable. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this announcement for any RFQ amendments that might be issued. Receipt of your quotation package is due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday, March 31, 2009. Quotes may be sent via e-mail, facsimile transmission, or via surface mail. Send e-mail quotes to David.Straughn@dla.mil. Send facsimile transmissions to 269-961-4226, ATTN: DCSO-B/David Straughn. Quotes sent via surface mail shall be sent to the address identified in the FEDBIZOPS announcement as the place of performance, ATTN: DCSO-B. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FEDBIZOPS for posting of the award announcement information. No telephone calls accepted at any time, either pre-award or post-award.
