- This is a unrestricted annoucment. The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking potential contractors with the capabilities of providing Heavy Equipment Repair work in the Clewiston Florida local area. The responses received from this posting will be used to compile a list of potential sources to recieve a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR). Contractors can register at www.ccr.gov. This solicitation is a request for all capable vendors and will serve as the only solicitation. This posting's purpose is only to identify potential vendor who are willing to accept a BPA. The Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to establish a blanket purchase agreement for Heavy Equipment Repair in the Clewiston Florida local area to support Big Cypress and Brighton Indian Reservations. All interesting contractors should response to Ken lloyd at kenneth.lloyd@bia.gov. The BPA period will be 4/6/09 (or date of award, which ever is later) for a period of 5 years or 3/30/2014. Service and repair request will be on a case by case basis and thru a individual BPA call Purchase Order. Inspection will be at destination, however the government will have the right of source inspection if deemed necessary. Minimum order will be $2500.00, with a maximum order limit of $20,000. Closing date for offers is 4/3/09. The Government is in no way obligated to do business with or to enter into in any form of contract with any person, firm or other entity that receives this inquiry.
