- Description
- The National Park Service Denver Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement action with Northwest Archaeological Associates, Inc for services at Olympic National Park in Port Angeles, Washington. Services consist of archaeological survey, testing, and evaluation for the Elwha and Glines Canyon Dams locations prior to their removal, and must be closely coordinated with the NPS and all major stakeholders of the project, including the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe (LEKT). The proposed contract action covers services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals; however this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Inquiries and proposals received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
