- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700109Q0095 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532111. Rental period/period of performance is from 8 APRIL 2009 through 28 MAY 2009 (50 days). Line Item #0001: Qty: 5 ea, Cargo Vans, solid white, no markings; Line Item #0002: Qty: 3 ea, 12-passenger Vans, solid neutral colors, no markings; Line Item #0003: Qty: 1 ea, Truck, Pick Up, 4x4, solid neutral color, no markings; Line Item #0004: Qty: 8 e! a, SUVs, solid neutral colors, no markings. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) CONTAINS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. These items are in support of Camp Lejeune Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. If the selected vendor is outside the Jacksonville/Swansboro, NC locale, the vehicles shall be delivered to and picked up from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC. RESPONDING VENDORS MUST BE LOCATED IN NORTH CAROLINA OR BORDERING STATES. The Government will award a contract resulting from this publication to the responsible quoter, whose quote conforms to this publication and is considered the best value. The basis of award will be Best Value to the Government. This solicitation is all or none. Please include company's cage code and tax ID. The Contract Award will be based on a Best Value determination, considering the following evaluation factors listed in no particular order: Delivery (vendor shall acknowledge ability to support lease period), price, and technical acceptability.
