JOR-03-0879, Repair leaks Building 1208, Fort Monmouth, N.J. 07703 This is a Small Business, 100% HUB Zone set-aside. W912CF-09-B-0004 1. The subject project requires replacing caulking, replacing roof edge, replacing roof drains, provide EIFS over the top two window panels, and paint building 1208 in accordance with drawings and specifications No. 11360-1 to 5. 2. Recommended construction completion period is 150 days. 3. NAICS 238160, 236220 4. Liquidated damages in the amount of $180.00 per day will be assessed. 5. There is no unit bid price schedule. 6. There is no Government furnished equipment. 7. Bid Bond & Performance Bonds Required. 8. Magnitude: FAR 36.204: (d) $250k to $500k. 9. Solicitation: 14 April 2009. 10. Site visit: TBA, 15-24 April 2009. 11. Bid Opening: Tentative, 14 May 2009 All documents including Drawings & Specifications will be posted to FBO.
