The Government proposes to procure depot spares to support the TAD/PNVS program for the Hellenic Army, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando, Cage Code 04939. The Government intends to award under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. Only Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando possesses the technical expertise, data and experience necessary to execute this requirement.
