Description

Arnold AFB, TN has a requirement in accordance with the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act), Pub.L. 11-5 to Upgrade Steam Plant A which consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor for demolition and installation of steam and condensate pipe, raw water pipe, insulation, valves, controls, catwalks and concrete. Period of Performance is 165 days after notice to proceed. The Order of Magnitude for this effort is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is subject to "availability of funds" clause. Funds are not available for this project at this time and award will not be made until funding is available. FOB Destination. The NAICS code is 238220 with an associated size standard of $14,000,000 average annual revenue. The procurement will be unrestricted with regard to business size standard.
