- This postaward notice is provided pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.503(b). (i)The number of offerors solicited: The requirement was posted to www.fbo.gov as a 100% small business set aside competition. The Interested Vendors List contained 131 entries. (ii)The number of proposals received: 13. (iii)The name and address of each offeror receiving an award: McNeely, Piggott & Fox Public Relations, LLC, 611 Commerce Street, Suite 2800, Nashville, TN 37203. (iv)The items, quantities, and any stated unit prices of each award. If the number of items or other factors makes listing any stated unit prices impracticable at that time, only the total contract price need be furnished in the notice: The contract covers a base period of 12 months and contains 4 options to extend performance. Each option period covers 12 months. The total evaluated price, including options, is $9,997,726.00 for the base and option periods. (v)In general terms, the reason(s) the offeror’s proposal was not accepted, unless the price information in item (iv) readily reveals the reason: We awarded the contract to McNeely, Pigott and Fox Public Relations, LLC as its offer represented the best value to the Government on the basis of its Technical Approach, Personnel Qualifications and Staffing, Relevant Experience, Past Performance and Price. Should you desire a Postaward debriefing in accordance with FAR 15.506, you should submit your written request to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer within 3 days after the date on which you receive this notification of contract award.
