- A solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 6150-01-416-7921, a Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical, P/N CE941P-K25. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a source controlled item with one approved source of supply, Esterline Mason Electric Company CAGE 81579. The Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 209 each; Option Year EAQ: 209 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination; Delivery 120 days ARO. Configuration Control applies. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 13, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
