- This is the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. PR 18528162 has been issued to procure a Quantity of approximately 167 each of NSN 1680-01-005-6257, CLUTCH, IMPACT, ACTUA. No Technical Data Package is available. This Item is Sole Source to ONTIC ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING, Inc., CAGE 45934 and EATON CORPORATION, CAGE 17472. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. Delivery is 150 DARO. The RFP will be available after April 10th.
