- ******** SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES (SAP) CONSTRUCTION ISSUE DATE: 13 Apr 09 CLOSING DATE: 30 Apr 09 PRICE RANGE: Under $100,000 CONTRACTING POC: Tina Cox: 918-669-7088 SYNOPSIS: Provide supplies, services and equipment to remove and stockpile down, uprooted and leaning trees with-in the area to be repaired, straighten top edge of eroded bank, move soil from below the bank and use for fill to create an approximate 1 on 1 compacted slope, cut a 24 deep key trench at toe of the slope to retain the riprap, relocate and place approximately 750 tons of stockpiled 30 riprap approximately 100 to work area, place on slope and furnish and place on slope 1000 tons of 30 riprap to complete the erosion repair.
