- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No F6Z3CE9043A001 applies and is issued as a Request for Proposal.This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 12.This requirement requires at least two years of successful welding service and trade specific talents to support the Combat Readiness Aviation Fire Trainer. Past performance references are required. All personnel associated with this project must clear security for access to the Base and flight areas. Performance will be performed on the Combat Readiness Training Center. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American industry Classification System NAICS code is 811219 size standard is $7000000.Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, nstructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. Submit quotation on company letterhead utilizing the CLIN structure above; also provide documents verifying your company's ability to meet the qualification standards stated.
