- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY (Submission on SF330): The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates awarding Multi Award - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for Architectual and Engineering Services. The contracts shall include a base period of 12 months and 4 - one-year option periods. Period of Performance will begin on June 1, 2009. Services shall include, but are not limited to; Architectual, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Industrial Hygiene. Specialized experience in design of health care renovation is required. Firms shall submit projects that have required and can be verified for cost estimating accuracy and must have a proven ability to successfully complete multiple task orders within schedule times. This contract shall be awarded with no guarantees as to the amount of fees that will be paid for the duration of the contract. Firms MUST be located within 225 mile radius of Temple, Texas to be considered. Projects may be located at either of CTVHCS locations in Temple and/or Waco. This notice is for submission only of the SF330 from interested qualified A&E Firms located within required 225 mile radius of Temple Texas. Package(s) shall be mailed to: CTVHCS, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Attn: Contracting Officer, Temple TX 76504, by the specified closing date. The applicable NAISC(s) code is 541310 and 541330. This procurement is Set Aside for Small Business.
