- The phsyical Place of Performance will be throughout the country of Iraq. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Information Operations (IO) services, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) services and comprehensive strategic or operational level advertising campaign which supports coalition force (CF) and Government of Iraq (GOI) objectives to promote an atmosphere of security and one in which GOI Security Forces (ISF) can transition into the lead focusing primarily on winning the CIED fight. Offerors must have a clearance of 'Secret'. The solicitation will be released on or about 24 April 2009.
