RECOVERY - THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY IMPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE FOR THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. 45 CONS/LGCA has a requirement to replace roof of the Cape Civil Engineering Bldg, Facility 60600 on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL. Project No DBEH 05-1636. Period of performance 60 calendar days after date of award. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code 238160. Size Standard is $14M.
