- ** This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. **The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an acquisition for the operation of the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS). The primary function of the COCESS Store is to provide a simplified method for authorized personnel to purchase quality materials, tools, and equipment with minimal craftsmen effort. Provide immediate purchase and on-time delivery at a fair and reasonable price utilizing a user friendly, state-of-the-art, on-line ordering and purchasing system. This contract shall allow the customer three methods of acquiring products: 1) to purchase over-the-counter store stock, 2) to purchase directly on line through the contractor's automated system, and 3) to place an order on-line through the contractor for items not available for direct purchase from the on-base store or through the on-line system, such as specialized and custom-made items. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code as 423710- Hardware Merchant Wholesalers. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Point of contact including phone number, physical and e-mail address 3. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm. 4. CAGE Code for your firm. 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal.
