- The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform janitorial services at Fort Hunter Liggett gyms buildings 212 and 217. Full service cleaning shall be required on approximately 11,972 square feet of gymnasium space five times per week (including restrooms). All work shall be done in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in the upcoming solicitation. The period of performance will be 8 months for the base year with four (12 month) option years. The estimated magnitude of this project (including options) is between $150,000 and $200,000. The NAICS code, FSC code and size standard for this procurement are 561720/S201, $15,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.5, this acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit quotes. Only one award shall be made.
