Description

The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Marcy, NY for the Broome County Office is interested in leasing 4,325 rentable square feet of space and 35 parking spaces. The rentable square feet of space shall yield a minimum of 3,920 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space. The lease term requirement is for 10 year term. The space must be available for occupancy September 1, 2009. The delineated area is within an area bounded on the boundaries of Route 12A on the North, Chenango River on the East, Route 17 on the South, and Exit 69, Route 17 on the West. This space must have easy access to primary roads. Please send expression of interest to Lisa Poole at lisa.poole@wdc.usda.gov or at 1250 Maryland Avenue, SW STOP 0562, Washington, DC 20250. The expression of interest must be received by FSA contact not later than 4:30 pm April 14, 2009.
