- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; The Mission Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source contract to the Leonard Wood Family Communities LLC, Fort Leonard Wood, MO, for the lease of housing facilities for reserve soldiers on active duty. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The announcement/solicitation number is W911S7-09-R-000011 and is posted at the following website address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
