- Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to operate, repair, maintain,and perform tests for a wastewater treatment plant, a wastewater land treatment system, and implement beach sampling and testing and potable water sampling at public use areas located on public lands, Carlyle Lake Project, Carlyle, Illinois. The work shall be in accordance with the work schedule and specifications contained in the solicitation/contract. The requirement is an Indefinite Contract Contract for a base year with four (4) optional one year periods. The guaranteed minimum is $18,500.00 - The cumulative maximum is $31,000.00 per contract year. The Government has the option to renew for the option years. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available on/or about April 21, 2009. All responsible source may submit a bid which will be considered.
