- Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for this solicitation are Ammended as follows: (Model # 651EE042408 has been removed) The changes are identified below: CLIN 0001: DYNAMIC CYCLIC LOAD APPLICATION MACHINE MANUFACTURER: SABRI DENTAL ENTERPRISES ITEM DESCRIPTION: Custom Built Dynamic/Cyclic Load Application Machine used with the Tooth-Brushing Machine Design Specifications: - Automated cyclic loading machine/mechanism - 10-200 Newton force contact mechanism to indicate force application on tooth specimens - 10 tooth test stations with contact cylinders - 10 tooth specimen holding fixture at 45 degree - 45 degree angle force contact force mechanism - Cyclic motor drive and counting system design - Interchangable tooth specimen holders - Interchangeable troughs for liquids & slurries - With additional design input accordingly (All other information remains the same)
